Payment Terms

 

Our fees for staffing services are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay within this period may result in additional charges or termination of services. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, and we are willing to work with our clients to find mutually agreeable payment arrangements.

 

 

Confidentiality

 

We respect the privacy of our clients and employees. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent from the client. We take appropriate measures to ensure that our employees are aware of their obligations to maintain confidentiality.

 

 

Compliance with Laws

Non-Solicitation

 

During the term of our engagement and for a period of 12 months thereafter, you agree not to solicit or hire any of our employees without our prior written consent. Termination

 

Either party may terminate our engagement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees owed to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, and we are willing to work with our clients to find mutually agreeable termination arrangements.
